Accounting Intern

Job Summary

  • The Accounting Intern will assist the Accounting team with basic financial and administrative tasks, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording financial transactions and data entry
  • Help organize and file accounting documents (invoices, receipts, reports)
  • Support preparation of basic financial reports and summaries
  • Assist in monitoring expenses and tracking payments
  • Perform basic reconciliation of records when needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team

Qualifications

  • Currently taking up Accounting, Finance, or any related course
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willing to learn and can follow instructions

Work Details

  • On-site work
  • Monday to Friday / depends on school requirements
  • Internship / OJT position
