Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll, including government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), tax withholdings, and employee benefits.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, trial balance, financial statements, cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.

• Prepare and submit statutory reports, tax filings (BIR), and ensure compliance with SEC/DTI and business permits.

• Maintain asset records, supporting documents, and monitor lapsing schedules.

• Generate financial reports, analysis, and budget tracking to support management decisions.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, collections, and revenue tracking.

• Handle timekeeping, attendance, and employee records updates in coordination with HR.

• Oversee bank transactions and ensure proper recording and reconciliation of funds.

• Maintain documentation and reporting using systems like QuickBooks, Amazon Seller Central, and MS Teams.

• Provide support and clarifications to management on payroll, financial, and compliance matters.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in payroll processing, government contributions, tax withholdings, and employee benefits administration.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Philippine statutory compliance (BIR, SEC, DTI, business permits).

• Proficiency in handling general ledger, trial balance, financial statements, cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Experience in preparing tax filings, statutory reports, audit documentation, and compliance-related records.

• Skilled in maintaining asset records, leases, purchase receipts, lapsing schedules, and other supporting documentation.

• Ability to generate financial analysis, monitor budgets, and prepare management reports.

• Proficient in using QuickBooks, MS Excel, Sprout, Amazon Seller Central, MS Teams, and other internal reporting tools.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
