Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Client Planning

  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies aligned with each client’s goals, industry, and target market
  • Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs and timelines
  • Lead growth planning for onboarding, campaign launches, and scaling phases

Performance Marketing & Experimentation

  • Design and oversee A/B tests across ads, landing pages, funnels, and creatives
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and frameworks
  • Optimize paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, email, affiliates)

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention
  • Turn data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client use

Client Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on growth opportunities
  • Present strategies, insights, and performance results clearly and effectively
  • Align initiatives with client expectations, timelines, and budgets

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with media buyers, creatives, SEO specialists, and developers
  • Ensure alignment of campaigns, funnels, and content with growth objectives
  • Deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines

Optimization & Scaling

  • Identify winning strategies and scale effectively
  • Recommend budget allocation and channel prioritization
  • Document frameworks, playbooks, and best practices


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation
  • Knowledge of CRO, UX, and funnel optimization
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and attribution tools
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
