# Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the full-cycle local recruitment for all business lines of the Italian company (manufacturing, sales, after-sales, etc.), including demand confirmation, job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, compensation negotiation and offer follow-up.

2. Develop and maintain local recruitment channels in Italy, covering but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Subito.it, local headhunters, university partnerships and industry associations.

3. Collaborate efficiently with the China-based recruitment team and business departments to ensure full alignment on recruitment demands, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and quality.

4. Build and maintain a local Italian talent pool, conduct regular talent reviews and market research to support business development with sufficient talent reserves.

5. Monitor recruitment data, deliver regular recruitment reports (e.g., onboarding rate, recruitment cycle, channel conversion rate) and continuously optimize recruitment processes.

6. Assist with pre-onboarding and onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration of new employees.


# Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.

2. Professional Experience: At least 2 years of **local recruitment experience in Italy**; familiar with Italian labor laws and recruitment procedures; candidates with manufacturing or Chinese-funded enterprise working background are highly preferred.

3. Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese (able to communicate efficiently with the China headquarters team as a working language); fluent in Italian (able to communicate seamlessly with local candidates and external agencies); basic English reading and writing skills are a plus.

4. Proficient in local Italian recruitment channels and tools, with solid proactive sourcing capabilities.

5. Strong communication & coordination skills, high stress tolerance and result-oriented mindset.

6. Possess valid legal work authorization in Italy (if required).
