Requirements:

Educational requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering

Professional Experience requirement:

1. Must have a vast customer-base and with at least two

(2) years actual work experience in the same or

similar position.

2. With experience in developing/creating fresh

accounts and projects

3. Capable of creating sales plans and strategies and has knowledge in finance and budgeting

Hard & Soft Skills requirement:

1. Prospecting & qualifying leads

2. Creating a competitive & compelling proposals or offers 3. Can do presentations and product demonstrations

4. Can handle customer objection

5. Can close and win an account or project

6. Good in oral and written communication 7. Resilient and can withstand pressure 8. Honest and trustworthy

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Develop and maintain client relationships

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Create and present business proposals and presentations

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies

Track and report on business development metrics

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Attend industry events and networking opportunities

Maintain CRM systems and update client records
