Job Summary:
As a Product Specialist for our esteemed medical device company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major hospital networks in the Philippines. Your primary focus will be on key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and serving as the main point of contact for our medical devices portfolio within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow accounts within the assigned major hospital networks in the Philippines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the accounts.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Possess a deep understanding of our medical devices portfolio and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned key accounts, driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic selling.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to key accounts.
5. Customer Training and Support:
- Coordinate training sessions for key account personnel to ensure they are well-versed in the proper use and maintenance of our medical devices.
6. Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the medical device industry in the Philippines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Courses is an advantage.
- Proven experience in key account management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Minimum 1-2 years of account management experience in medical devices or healthcare industry is required.
- A strong network in Gastroenterology is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of hospital networks and the healthcare landscape in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed. (Available Territories: GMA/Central Luzon, North Luzon, Visayas Area)
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preferably with personal vehicle.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and compliance in the Philippines.
- Familiarity with healthcare procurement processes and decision-making hierarchies within the assigned major hospital networks.
- Knows how to drive and possesses a valid driver's license
