- Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored for Apple products and services.
- Assess trainees' needs and evaluate their progress throughout the training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in training content.
- Update and maintain training materials to reflect the latest product updates and features.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to trainees post-training sessions.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable, Expert in Apple Product
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant training experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for technology and the ability to motivate others.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to adapt training methods based on trainee feedback.
