User Experience Design

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify staff needs and pain points.
  • Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Apply user‑centered design principles to improve usability and adoption across enterprise solutions, including platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure full‑stack environments.


User Interface & Visual Design

  • Design clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces aligned with established branding and design guidelines.
  • Develop high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using standard design tools.
  • Ensure consistent UI patterns across Power Platform solutions, ServiceNow applications, SharePoint experiences, and custom applications.


Design Standards & Reusability

  • Develop and maintain reusable design components, templates, and UI patterns.
  • Support the establishment and continuous evolution of a shared design system for enterprise digital products.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross‑platform compatibility across all designs.
  • Conduct usability testing on designs and prototypes to identify improvement areas.
  • Integrate stakeholder and user feedback to refine designs and enhance user experience.


Collaboration & Delivery Support

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, and governance teams.
  • Provide design support during development and implementation phases, including design reviews and refinements.
  • Produce clear design documentation and specifications to support development, implementation, and handover.


Job Requirements

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in UI/UX, product design, or service design.
  • Demonstrated experience working on enterprise, platform, or other complex digital systems.


 Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability testing, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments with developers and
  • product teams.


Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and quality.
  • Comfortable working across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.


Work Arrangement

Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.

Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.
