Salesforce Engineer (WFH | Contract)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Work From Home)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours – CST/EST overlap required)

Employment Type: Contract (3–6 months)

Salary: PHP 70,000 – 80,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to support the consolidation of our sales technology stack into Salesforce Unlimited Edition. This role focuses on Sales Cloud configuration, advanced reporting, and AI feature enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce administration (user setup, Flow Builder, validation rules, page layouts)

• Design and implement AI features (Agentforce, Einstein Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights)

• Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking

• Support API integrations between Salesforce and internal systems

• Collaborate with Sales Ops and RevOps to translate business needs into solutions

• Manage sandbox environments, releases, and deployment processes

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Salesforce administration/engineering experience (Sales Cloud)

• Strong expertise in Flow Builder and automation

• Experience in advanced reporting and dashboard creation

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI tools (Einstein / Agentforce)

• Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity

• Willing to work US business hours (CST/EST)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM

• Basic knowledge of Apex

• Experience in high-growth or private equity environments
