About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Strategist who can drive measurable results across multiple client accounts through data-driven strategies, performance marketing, and continuous experimentation.
This role is both strategic and hands-on—you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and scaling what works. You will work closely with creatives, media buyers, and clients to turn insights into impactful growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with client goals, target markets, and industry trends
- Translate business objectives into clear action plans with defined KPIs and timelines
- Lead growth planning across onboarding, campaign launches, and scaling phases
Performance Marketing & Experimentation
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across ads, landing pages, funnels, and creatives
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and frameworks
- Optimize performance across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, email, affiliates)
Data Analysis & Insights
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention
- Convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and client-facing presentations
Client Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and growth recommendations
- Present strategies and performance updates in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations
Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with creatives, media buyers, SEO specialists, and developers
- Ensure campaigns, funnels, and content align with growth objectives
- Deliver outputs with quality and timeliness
Optimization & Scaling
- Identify high-performing strategies and scale them effectively
- Recommend budget allocation and channel prioritization
- Document and refine growth frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Proficiency in paid media platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
• Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation
• Knowledge of CRO, UX, and funnel optimization
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and attribution tools
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
