Position: Japanese Customer Service Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Filipino with JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-passer (No JLPT Certificate Required)
  • Bachelor Graduate of any course
  • Must have at least 1 year experience as Customer Service (sales background can be considered)
  • Excellent communication skills both Japanese and English
  • Computer Literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
  • Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
  • Willing to start ASAP


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for providing customer support via emails and calls. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that all customer needs are promptly addressed by responding to customers' requests, orders, inquiries, complaints, and other concerns in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Resolves payment complaints by working with the US team on refunds, charges, and FOC shipment as necessary.
  • Guides the customer in Repair and Services inquiries. Works directly with the Repair & Service group to track status and completion dates.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Perform other related task needed
