Position Summary
The Recruiter I is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across 2–3 skilled nursing facilities. This role partners with Administrators, DONs, to support staffing stability, reduce registry usage, and improve time-to-fill for clinical and non-clinical roles. This position functions as a talent partner aligned with census growth, PBJ compliance, and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requisitions for 2–5 facilities (clinical, therapy, and support roles).
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
- Maintain pipelines for evergreen roles (CNA, LVN, RN, PT/OT/SLP).
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire).
- Conduct regular touchpoints with Administrators and DONs.
- Identify hiring bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now (ATS) for documentation and compliance.
- Support registry reduction initiatives through proactive pipeline building.
Qualifications
- 2+ years healthcare or high-volume recruitment experience.
- Experience supporting multiple sites preferred.
- Knowledge of skilled nursing staffing models preferred.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage 25 to 40 open requisitions effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain competitive time-to-fill metrics (role dependent).
- Provide regular requisition updates for assigned facilities.
- Demonstrate progress toward reduction in registry reliance.
- Maintain strong hiring manager satisfaction scores.
