The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and management of our social media channels. Your focus will be on building a community and a visual identity that resonates with our audience while developing creative assets specifically designed for marketing and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Create 3 to 4 high-quality pieces of content per week, including short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style), graphic designs, and professional imagery.
• Marketing Creatives: Design high-converting visual assets for marketing campaigns and advertisements to support business growth.
• Platform Management: Manage weekly posting schedules, write compelling captions, and engage with our community across Facebook and Instagram.
• Creative Strategy: Develop content calendars that align with our marketing goals and current inventory.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals and copy reflect a professional brand voice and premium aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in social media management and digital design (Portfolio required).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Marketing Mindset: Ability to create "scroll-stopping" content that isn't just visually appealing, but also effectively markets our services.
• Creativity: A "pulse" on current digital trends and the ability to turn property features into engaging stories.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
