Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper with at least 1–3 years of relevant experience to support daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain organized and updated filing of financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (e.g., auditors, suppliers)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
