Allowance: ₱20,000.00-₱30,000.00

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are urgently looking for an experienced Accounting Reliever to temporarily cover a position within our finance team. The successful candidate will handle Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and payroll functions, and must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage and monitor accounts receivable — billing, collections, and reconciliation

- Maintain and update general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial records

- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports

- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate computation of employee compensation

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR withholding)

- Coordinate with internal teams for any financial discrepancies or adjustments

- Support audit preparation and documentation requirements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, or a related financial course

- At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (AR, GL, and/or payroll)

- Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger is required

- Knowledgeable in payroll processing and Philippine statutory compliance

- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

- Available to start immediately and commit to a 6–8 month contract

- Can work on-site in Carmona, Cavite
