HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities


  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Handle payroll coordination and staff claims
  • Support daily administrative and office operations
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Assist in company policies, staff welfare, and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate training, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and government authorities when required


Requirements


  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
