Position: Remote Deskside Support

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000 gross

Work Set Up: Onsite


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree of Information Technology or any related field.

2–3 years of experience in Deskside Support or Remote Desk Support

Experience in a BPO organization or shared services environment preferred

Strong technical troubleshooting and end-user support skills

Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes


Job Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 technical support for end-users

Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and operating systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Android, Apple)

Handle tickets through multiple channels (calls, chats, emails, and remote support)

Apply networking fundamentals in diagnosing and resolving issues

Follow program processes, policies, and procedures while completing assigned and ad-hoc tasks
