ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Reliever to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Fresh Graduate looking to gain solid, hands-on experience in corporate accounting, payroll, and financial compliance within a professional setting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

→ Accounts Receivable: Assist in billing, collections monitoring, and account reconciliation.

→ General Ledger: Support the maintenance and updating of financial records and ledger entries.

→ Payroll Support: Assist in the timely and accurate computation of employee compensation.

→ Statutory Compliance: Learn and support the processing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.

→ Financial Documentation: Assist in monthly closing activities and audit documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

→ Education: Strictly Graduate of BS Accountancy

→ Skills: Strong foundation in accounting principles; proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).

→ Attributes: High level of accuracy, eager to learn, and able to handle confidential data with integrity.

→ Availability: Must be available to start immediately and commit to a 6–8 month contract.

→ Location: Willing to work on-site in Carmona, Cavite.
