We are looking for a dynamic individual to bridge the gap between sales and technology. In this role, you won't just be "support"—you will be a key player in securing business opportunities, demonstrating innovative hardware/software, and ensuring our clients successfully implement our solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to identify and recommend the perfect products or solutions for client needs.
• Dynamic Demonstrations: Confidently lead product demos both in-person and virtually.
• Creative Content: Design visually engaging presentations and aids using tools like Canva or Figma.
• Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing client workflows and transform them into efficient processes using our product suite.
• Project Management: Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Hands-on Testing: Handle Proof of Concept (POC) activities and troubleshooting to ensure product effectiveness.
• Client Empowerment: Conduct end-user training and provide exceptional after-sales support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1–2 years in Product Support or a related field. Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Technical Aptitude: A quick learner who can adapt to complex hardware and software products.
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in creating visual aids (Canva/Figma experience is a major plus).
• Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and a self-motivated problem solver.
• Mobility: Willingness to perform field work and visit client sites as required.

Work Setup:

• Location: Onsite work setup.
• Field Work: Occasional travel for client visits and demonstrations.
