Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Salary: Php 150-180/hour

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team on a project-based remote engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions while ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams including developers and product stakeholders.
- Translate product requirements and user insights into intuitive design solutions.
- Conduct usability reviews and refine designs based on feedback and testing.
- Maintain consistency through design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Deliver final design assets and documentation according to agreed project milestones and timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects for web or mobile applications.
- Highly proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and interaction design.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver outputs within project timelines.
Nice to Have (Optional):
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience designing responsive or mobile-first applications.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and user analytics platforms.
