Human Resources Specialist

The Human Capital Operations Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within the organization. This role focuses on onboarding coordination, employee records management, HR systems support, and responding to employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The associate works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality HR operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires

• Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Support HR operational processes including employee lifecycle transactions

• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Assist in maintaining data accuracy across HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery

• Monitor and process HR-related requests and administrative tasks

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR procedures

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects

• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information

• Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities to enhance HR knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong oral and written English communication skills

• Knowledge of onboarding processes, HR operations, and records management is an advantage

• Experience using HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow is preferred but not required

• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Self-motivated with a client-service and quality-driven mindset
