Job Summary:


The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and client referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and business agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a business development or client services role, preferably within Cybersecurity or same/ related industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and business engagements if needed
