Sales & Accounts Manager

Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions:
• Identifies and creates rooms to engage with Agent and merchants.
• Identifying enterprises payments pain points and provides tailored fit solutions.
• Assist agents and merchants end-to-end process, starting from onboarding, integration and after sales support.
• Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and grow client’s network.
• Help existing accounts increment their transactions through continuous support by means but not limited to marketing and sales activities.
• Stay updated on market trends and new payment methods.
• With existing portfolio is a plus.
Experience:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of payments products & services. Skillset: • Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and craft solutions that are tailored to fit merchant's needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines.
• Showcase problem-solving prowess and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
• Understand technical concepts and translate straightforward analogies to effectively communicate use cases with internal stakeholders.
