QA Tester (expression of interest)

Role Overview

The role is responsible for testing AI tools acrossnmultiple models, executing manual and automated test cases, and collaborating with global teams and customers to ensure high-quality product releases. The candidate will analyze incidents (ICM), perform issue investigation and root cause analysis, and support deployment readiness through clear reporting and cross-functional coordination. Ideal applicants have at least 2 years of

testing experience, strong knowledge of end-to-end testing workflows, and possess

analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, with

familiarity in software systems and the Microsoft ecosystem as an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

·       Test an AI Tool with various model

·       Collaborate with internationally located team

·       Collaborate with customers to complete tasks related to product

release, including internal version testing (manual + automation), error

analysis, and product deployment before release.

·       Conduct preliminary analysis and problem localization for issues

found during testing and report them promptly.

·       Write automated test cases within the existing framework if

needed

·       Analyze ICM (Incident and Change Management)

Qualifications:

·       At least 2 years testing experience, with a preference for those

who have independently handled key module testing in projects.

·       Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.

·       Familiar with professional E2E testing methods and skills, and

well-versed in the testing workflow, including test plan formulation, test case

analysis and design, and bug lifecycle management.

·       Quick thinker, able to rapidly analyze requirements and convert

them into test cases.

·       Strong logical thinking and high analytical and problem-solving

abilities.

·       Proficient in reading and writing English, with oral

communication skills.

·       Understanding of software front-end, back-end, and database

development principles is a plus.

·       Experience with any Microsoft products ecosystem preferred.
