Primary Goal:
- Help clients understand the best technical solutions while supporting the sales team in closing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and understand infrastructure challenges.
Analyze customer environments including:
- Network infrastructure
- Servers and virtualization
- Storage systems
- Backup and disaster recovery systems
- Design technical solutions aligned with customer requirements, industry standards, and vendor best practices.
- Prepare and present:
- Solution architectures
- Technical diagrams
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Scope of Work (SoW)
- Technical proposals
- Participate in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s/College Degree, Information Technology, or any computer-related course.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience.
- Must be amenable to be an agency-based employee.
