Description
A Japanese consulting firm who has been in the Japan market for 25 years has finally arrived in the Philippines. This Japan based consulting firm focuses on training, employee engagement, Business transformation and employee retention of Japanese companies based in the country. This is a Pioneer branch in the country.
- Conduct online and Face to Face training to Filipino HR managers or Employees
- Attend meetings to understand Japanese client’s requirement for training and employee engagements
- Provide recommendation and suggestion in training employees
- Main focus in training the HR Manager to transform the Training system
- Understand the HR system on Employee engagement and provide suggestions on how to improve it
- Analyze the company’s challenges in employee’s performance and provide transformation to increase their sense of teamwork and performance
- Japanese will only be used to report to the Manager of the company but most coordination / training is with Filipino
- Nature of Role: Train and coordinate with mostly Filipino HR Managers and Filipino employees but report to Japanese Managers and Japanese partners.
Requirements
- Filipino who can speak Japanese, English, Filipino
- Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-passer (No JLPT certificate required)
- Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
- Good English Communication Skills
- Graduate of any 4 year course (Any course is okay)
- No work experience required because training is provided
- Training is conducted by Japanese Trainer and Manager
