Training and Quality Manager

• Identify training needs and implement learning programs
• Manage onboarding, nesting, and trainer performance
• Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Drive continuous improvement and change management projects
• Ensure compliance with company and client requirements
• Partner with leaders to improve productivity and customer experience

Qualifications

• College graduate
• External: 5+ years leadership experience in Training, Quality, or Operations
• BPO/shared services experience preferred
• Six Sigma certification is an advantage
