Finance Staff - OJT

Job Description:

The Finance Department OJT will assist the finance team in daily accounting and financial operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial documentation, reporting, and administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in filing and organizing financial documents
• Support preparation of reports, invoices, and other accounting records
• Encode and update financial data in the system
• Assist in monitoring expenses and transactions
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Currently taking Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Information System, or any related course
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to render required internship hours
