- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and networks

- 1 year work experience in troubleshooting system and network problems
- Firewall and network security management

- Network configuration and maintenance (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPN)
- Ensured system reliability, security, and optimal performance
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Provide technical support to employees (on-site/remote)
