Position: IT Staff / IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and IT assets
• Manage user accounts, access control, and IT inventory
• Assist in deployment and responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
• Support digital transformation and process automation projects
• Implement and monitor information security controls and endpoint protection
• Assist in security awareness activities, IT audits, and incident reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates with strong aptitude welcome)
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and IT troubleshooting
• Familiarity with AI tools and responsible AI usage
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service mindset
