Human Resources Staff
We are looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources Staff to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Willing to attend training at Head Office in Binondo for 1 month
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and organize employee records and documents
- Support daily HR and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with applicants and employees regarding HR concerns
- Assist in preparing reports and other HR-related requirements
