Job Summary

The Communications Associate supports the planning, creation, and execution of internal and external communications. This role is responsible for producing engaging content, maintaining digital platforms (newsletters, social channels and SharePoint) and ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information for campaigns, events, and key initiatives. the role also collaborates with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand and consistency and enhance audience engagement.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  1. Update Monthly and Quarterly Leaderboards
  • Maintain and regularly update the leaderboards for all on-going contest, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with current production data
  • Maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
  • Publish leaderboards update regularly.

2. Assist in Facebook Group Members Grooming and Telegram Management

  • Regularly track and review member activity in both the Facebook Group and Telegram Channels. This includes checking for new join requests, delistments and engagement patterns
  • Monitor and respond to queries within 24-48 hours. torial and Ad-hoc Communication Projects

3. Build and Maintain Events & Trips Documentation Repository

  • Organize and create a structured SharePoint repository that houses all event and trip documentation, including photos, videos, decks, recaps, and key outputs.
  • Ensure repository is searchable, updated and easy for teams to use.
  • Maintain standardized naming and tagging.

4. Assist in Editorial and Ad-hoc Communication Projects

  • Support the development of written materials such as announcements, campaign copies, newsletters, and special communication pieces, as requested by various teams.
  • Contribute ad-hoc marketing and communication need as they arise.

5. Support Weely Newsletter Updating

  • Assist in content gathering, writing, lay outing, and updating of the weekly newsletter to ensure timely delivery, consistent branding and high engagement
  • Heal Create landing pages for ongoing contests.
  • Collaborate in building and updating landing pages that showcase contest mechanics, qualifiers, leaderboards, and promotional content. Ensure pages are user-friendly, visually aligned with branding and easy to navigate.


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing and Multimedia Arts or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience in communications, marketing, or content creation (fresh graduate with strong portfolios may be considered)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, Creative Suite, video editing tools)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Experience with email marketing tools and/or SharePoint is a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling
  • Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
