Data Encoder Interns

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Encoder Interns to assist with data entry and documentation tasks. This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in an office or corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Encode data accurately into company systems and databases
• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
• Organize and maintain digital records
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
• Follow company data privacy and confidentiality policies

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant course
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take instructions
• Ability to meet deadlines
