Junior Cybersecurity Analyst

• Monitor security alerts, logs, and events across SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint solutions.
• Assist in incident triage, investigation, and escalation following CSOC playbooks.
• Support vulnerability assessments and patch management activities.
• Document incidents, findings, and remediation steps in compliance with CyberLabs standards.
• Collaborate with NOC teams to ensure secure and stable network operations.
• Participate in compliance audits and reporting (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of detection rules, response procedures, and documentation.
• Provide technical support to clients and partners under supervision.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned
• Maintain accurate incident logs, vulnerability reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive client data in line with CyberLabs’ policies.
• Ensure secure storage, version control, and accessibility of operational documentation.
• Update knowledge base articles and operational runbooks as assigned.
• Employee database of the assigned account other client reports as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT support, or network operations.

Specific Skills Needed

• Knowledge in Cybersecurity Literacy
• Highly knowledgeable Wazuh, Cisco, Fortinet, Mimecast Skills/ Licenses/Expertise
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and common network protocols.
