Position: IT Project Manager

Work Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross

Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT projects

Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and SAP/ERP is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end software development projects from initiation to delivery and closure

Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies

Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution of project blockers

Conduct regular status reporting and continuously improve delivery processes using Agile practices
