Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter (Career Support Associate) to support job seekers throughout their employment journey. This role involves reviewing candidate profiles, matching applicants with suitable opportunities, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and employers.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Job Seeker Support
- Review candidate profiles and resumes to identify suitable job opportunities.
- Match candidates with relevant openings through Jobley career pages and other sourcing channels.
- Assess candidate strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance on resume enhancements and profile optimization.
- Explain job requirements, employer expectations, and hiring processes to candidates.
Employer Support
- Coordinate interviews between employers and job seekers.
- Assist with interview scheduling and related arrangements.
- Ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates to employers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support placement efforts by ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Care, or related roles.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer or client service.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
- Stable employment history, preferably with at least 1 year tenure per employer within the last 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in US Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or recruitment-related sales.
- Experience supporting high-volume, seasonal, or mass hiring initiatives.
- Background in healthcare recruitment is an advantage but not required.
