Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven QA Lead Foreman to oversee our Quality Assurance inspectors and daily shop floor operations. In this role, you will protect and maintain our high standards of product quality, enforce strict manufacturing compliance, and collaborate with the production team to swiftly resolve defects and implement long-term corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Chemical), Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related 4-year technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing plant environment. (FMCG, Food, or Pharmaceutical industry backgrounds are a strong advantage).
• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control methodologies, alongside strict workplace enforcement of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
• Core Skills: Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a proven track record of managing and motivating a technical inspection team.
