Job Responsibilities
- Provide channel customer service support for Japanese users to ensure timely response within 2 minutesto user questions.
- Communicate with users through communication tools like Telegram and Discord, or handle their inquiries, feedback, and issues through the backend system.
- Follow up on user feedback until the issue is resolved, and maintain smooth communication with technical, risk control, and operational teams.
- Assist the BD team of the channel in customer maintenance, event promotion, and user operation. Record, organize, and report system exceptions or user feedback, and propose feasible optimization suggestions.
Qualifications
- Excellent proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Japanese, which can be used as a working language.
- Proficient in using Telegram, Discord , X and other chat communication tools. Proficient in MS Office work software, especially Excel . Possessing a high sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, and the ability to maintain good performance under pressure.
- Respond quickly, communicate clearly, and be able to form high-quality responses in a short period of time.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and consistently maintain high standards of Client Server quality.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in the cryptocurrency industry, such as customer service experience in exchanges, and a good understanding of contracts/futures products.
- Possessing strong multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple user inquiries simultaneously.
