ABOUT THE ROLE

This role supports customer service operations by providing prompt and accurate assistance across multiple customer channels. The role focuses on handling inquiries, delivery updates, customer feedback, and maintaining organized records while ensuring a positive customer experience.

We have partnered with a US-based business that streamlines dental operations, covering everything from scheduling and real-time patient communication to secure data management. The platform helps dental teams operate efficiently without concerns about server downtime, database syncing issues, or IT-related disruptions, allowing them to focus on patient care.


WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:

• Handle customer inquiries, delivery updates, and feedback promptly and accurately

• Maintain professional communication across phone, email, chat, and other customer channels

• Manage customer requests through resolution while keeping records organized and up to date

• Ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and a customer-first approach in all interactions

• Support positive customer experiences through effective communication and relationship management


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of customer service experience

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Confident handling phone, email, and customer interactions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

• Solutions-oriented with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team

• Adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
