Growth Marketing Specialist

The organization is seeking an Affiliate & Channel Growth Executive to develop, manage, and optimize user acquisition channels, including agents, affiliates, KOLs, influencers, community owners, traffic owners, local partners, and other online / offline acquisition sources.

The candidate must be able to proactively source high-potential partners, negotiate partnership models, coordinate launch execution, and continuously optimize channel performance based on FTD, CPA, ROI, user quality, and revenue contribution.
