QUALITY AND TRAINING OFFICER

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Work From Home)

Schedule: Night Shift | Monday to Friday

• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM or

• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 55,000


Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an HR Shared Services Center (SSC) environment

• Strong background in Change Management and/or Project Management

• Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs

• Proficient in Lean methodologies and automation solutions such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and chatbots

• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification is an advantage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment


Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to maintain operational standards and drive continuous improvement

• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and operational reviews

• Lead Lean and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery

• Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational and process transitions

• Design and deliver training programs aligned with operational and change management objectives

• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on business needs

• Facilitate process improvement and operational excellence training sessions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement

• Support the implementation and testing of automation solutions to improve efficiency and performance

• Communicate change initiatives, quality standards, and training programs across relevant stakeholders

• Build strong partnerships with HR teams, country stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
