We are a young and fast-growing AdTech company operating as an ad network and media trading platform in the programmatic ecosystem. We buy and sell video and banner inventory across Connected TV (CTV), In-App, and Web environments using VAST, RTB, and proprietary RTP infrastructure.


Our core business is focused on performance-driven traffic, demand monetization, and long-term partnerships with ad networks worldwide. As the company continues to scale, we are looking for a strong commercial profile who enjoys both hunting for new business and growing existing partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Balance both Business Development (new partnerships) and Account Management (retention & growth of existing accounts).
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new ad networks and demand partners;
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships by increasing spend, expanding traffic volumes, adding new GEOs, and improving monetization performance;
  • Maintain regular communication with partners and act as the main point of contact for commercial discussions and ongoing cooperation;
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, Telegram, cold email, conferences, and personal network;
  • Run intro and commercial calls, negotiate terms, and coordinate simple technical integrations (tags, endpoints, basic setup);
  • Work closely with internal operations and tech teams to support partner performance and scaling;
  • Work independently in a fully remote environment with high ownership and minimal micromanagement;


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management in AdTech, ideally within ad networks, programmatic, CTV, or In-App ecosystems;
  • Strong network of contacts within ad networks or performance advertising industry;
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written): comfortable leading client calls and negotiations;
  • Proven ability to acquire new partners and/or grow existing accounts;
  • Self-driven, structured, and capable of managing priorities independently in a remote setup;
  • Experience using modern tools (including AI tools) for outreach and workflow optimization is a plus;
  • Strong relationship-building mindset combined with commercial focus.
