Job Description
The job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of Infomax Systems Solutions and Services, Inc. by assisting in the design, documentation, implementation, and support of technical solutions that address customer business requirements.
The Associate Solutions Architect supports the Solutions Architect team in solution design, system analysis, proof-of-concept activities, project implementation, and post-sales technical support for simple to medium projects. The role also assists in ensuring that implemented solutions meet customer requirements and service expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pre-sales
- Assist in building technical solution architecture and documentation for simple projects
- Support Sales Personnel in gathering and documenting customer requirements
- Assist in responding to customer Technical or Compliance Request for Proposal and Information
- Participate in product and solution demonstrations to prospects
- Assist in preparing initial project implementation plans using Microsoft Project or Excel
- Assist in preparing Proof-of-Concept (POC) plans and related documentation
- Support the installation, setup, and demonstration activities during POC engagement
- Coordinate with product principals and internal teams regarding product requirements and solution viability
- Assist in identifying potential opportunities for additional business requirements from clients
Post-sales
- Assist in preparing final project implementation plans
- Support the installation, configuration, and basic customization of assigned solutions for simple projects
- Assist in ensuring that implemented solutions meet agreed service levels and customer requirements
- Conduct basic user orientation and administrator training for assigned products or solutions
- Provide first and second-level technical assistance to customers and internal teams as needed
- Assist in documenting implementation procedures, configurations, and technical concerns
- Continuously update technical knowledge on assigned products, technologies, and industry trends
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and technical training sessions for internal teams
- Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses
- Preferably with at least one to three years of experience in technical support, systems implementation, pre-sales engineering, or related information technology roles
- Basic knowledge of information technology infrastructure, systems integration, networking, and enterprise solutions
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- With good presentation and communication skills
- Willing to learn new technologies and solutions
- Can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
