Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging audiences, driving website traffic, and supporting marketing objectives across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
• Create, schedule, and publish consistent content aligned with brand goals.
• Write engaging captions and calls-to-action
• Monitor comments and messages, engaging with followers to foster community
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports to measure growth and effectiveness

Video Content & Editing

• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
• Add captions, transitions, music, and effects in line with trends and brand guidelines
• Repurpose long-form or raw content into bite-sized, shareable videos
• Collaborate on content ideas and campaigns to maximize engagement

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
