Tele Marketing Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate Leads
• Engage customers through phone calls.
• Provide instruction and information to our borrowers such as list of requirements, processing time, interest rates, charges, discounts and sample computation.
• Immediate response to client's concern
• Update status of account to CRM system.
• Convince Regular/Special client to shift to collateral loan.
• Convince Collateral accounts to have an additional unit/s.
• Provide SOA with updated collection remarks (if necessary)
• Other task may arise from time to time

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course.
• With at least two (2) years work-related experience in the same field
• Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry
• knowledge
• Should be a strategist and is capable to think out-of-the-box.
• Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making
• skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, training skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills
• Capable to solve amicably customer’s/client’s complaints
• Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical
• Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Computer-proficient
