- Stablecoin / Digital Asset Issuance: Experience in stablecoin or digital asset issuance, with a solid understanding of the full lifecycle including issuance, subscription, redemption, reserves, liquidity management, and compliance frameworks.
- Exchange Listing & Market Operations: Experience in token listing, liquidity provision, market making, trading pair development, or asset operations at a crypto exchange; understands the end-to-end journey of a token from issuance to market adoption.
- Payments & Fintech: Experience in payment services, particularly with offline channels, PSPs (Payment Service Providers), MSO (Money Service Operator) licenses, on/off-ramp solutions, merchant acquiring, payout infrastructure, or local payment channel resources.
- Web3 Product Development: Experience building Web3 products, with a strong grasp of product logic around wallets, on-chain assets, KYC/KYT, corporate accounts, APIs, clearing & settlement, and reconciliation processes
