Product Asssistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning

• Analyze internal and external market data to support the development of action plans aligned with the company's objectives, global brand strategies, and local market opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans that support the company's strategic business priorities.
• Gather and monitor market information, including product trends, competitor activities, pricing, and consumer insights.

Product Management

• Support the management of the product portfolio, including the execution of product optimization initiatives across sales channels, events, and roadshows.
• Ensure product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly organized.
• Assist in coordinating product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Sales and Customer Support

• Serve as a communication link between internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders regarding product-related projects and requests.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on marketing plans, product samples, product claims, and communication toolkits.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for product-related activities and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in product management, brand management, or marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the food, FMCG, or importation industry is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
