Growth Officer at Nephrocare Health Care Services Philippines Inc.

The Growth Officer is responsible for driving patient acquisition for assigned dialysis centers by building strong referral

relationships with nephrologists and other healthcare stakeholders. The role focuses on identifying potential patients,

generating referrals, supporting patient conversion, and strengthening NephroPlus visibility within the local healthcare

Responsibilities

 Build and maintain relationships with nephrologists within the assigned territory.

 Develop referral channels with physicians, hospitals, clinics, social workers, and other healthcare

stakeholders.

 Establish relationships with non-NephroPlus dialysis centers to facilitate patient transfers where appropriate.

 Generate patient referrals for assigned dialysis centers.

 Track referral leads and ensure timely follow-up until patient conversion.

 Coordinate with center teams to ensure a smooth patient onboarding experience.

 Conduct regular doctor meetings and stakeholder visits.

 Identify new referral opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

 Maintain accurate daily activity reports, referral trackers, and performance updates.

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical promotion, business development, or

relationship management.

 Must have a proven background as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, or similar

healthcare field sales role.

 Must be willing and able to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work independently with

minimal supervision.

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.

 Strong network among physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders is preferred.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage

and influence nephrologists and other healthcare professionals.

 Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, referral, or business development targets.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or reporting tools.

 Experience in the dialysis, renal care, hospital, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
