Accounting Assistant - PASIG

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and performing various administrative accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain and organize accounting files and records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as assigned.
• Assist in payroll-related documentation and processing.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
