Growth Operations & Automation Manager (Remote Job)

Lumikha Teams is looking for someone to build the systems and automation that let our team find way more startups without hiring way more people.

You'll connect our CRM, automation tools, and AI workflows so that scouting, screening, and outreach run as a system — and build the dashboards that show what's working.

What you'll do:

• Own our CRM structure and keep startup data clean, consistent, and well-organized
• Build automated workflows connecting our CRM, sourcing tools, outreach tools, and analytics
• Build AI-powered systems to discover, research, and score startups at scale
• Set up A/B testing and dashboards to track funnel and outreach performance
• Document systems and train the team on the tools you build

What we're looking for:

• 3–4 years in Growth Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops, CRM management, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience building systems in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable
• Strong experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Experience with sourcing/data tools like Clay or Apollo, plus comfort with APIs and scraping
